Account & Data Deletion
The Mandoku app offers an email account for its ranking and account features. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time using the steps below.
1. Scope
This page applies to accounts created inside the Mandoku app. Levels 1–3 are free to play with no account; an email account is created only when you use the ranking and account features.

2. Data Stored With Your Account
- Email address (login identifier)
- Account identifier (Firebase user ID)
- Ranking and progress data (clears, scores, etc.)
3. How to Request Deletion
From the email address you signed up with, write to hello@kingdoku.com with the subject Account deletion. Please send it from the same address you registered, so we can verify the request.
4. Scope and Timeline of Deletion
- Within 7 days of receiving your request, we permanently delete your account and all associated data listed in section 2 (email, user ID, ranking records).
- We retain no data beyond what the law may require (none expected for this app).
- We confirm completion by reply email.
5. Advertising Identifier
In-app ads use the device Advertising ID, which is not linked to your account. You can reset it or turn off ad personalization at any time via your device Settings → Google → Ads.
